Summary:

Serves as the organization's primary contact with the public by providing exceptional customer service to the bank’s customers. Completes a variety of clerical and customer service work relating to teller functions and customer account maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations/Customer Account Maintenance:
  • Accepts deposits and loan payments, verifies cash and endorsements and issues receipts to customers.

  • Performs payoff transactions after verifying procedures with Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager will provide leadership to a group of Retail Banking employees, and will be responsible for managing a branch with a deposit size of up to $23 Million. The successful incumbent will:
  • Implement and manage the delivery of financial services and assure the sales and service missions of Home Federal are supported.
  • Engage in business/customer development activities and solicitation of new business/customer prospects, including assigned individual prospecting and outside sales goals.

Education and/or Experience:

The Roving Customer Service Associate (teller) supports the bank’s branches in the Ada County area on a weekly scheduled basis. Hours worked will vary between 20-40 per week. This position requires availability Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. through 7:30 p.m.

Position Title: Commercial Relationship Assistant

The Commercial Relationship Assistant provides support to Relationship Managers by assisting with various loan application documents, systems and process management, client management, correspondence, and interaction with other departments in the bank to meet internal/external customer needs.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the relationship support for Builder Finance, Commercial Real Estate, or Commercial Banking clients. Fields incoming Commercial Banking calls, responds to client servicing needs, and escalates to the Relationship Manager as appropriate.
  • Supports the Relationship Manager in all client retention and in all new business development activities, including profiling and pre-call planning.
  • Processes client requests as needed.

Education and/or Experience:

Some college business courses preferred. Loan documentation experience preferred or 2-3 years experience in consumer, mortgage, or commercial loan processing / servicing experience or equivalent education in bank credit processing / servicing procedures and policies.

The Systems Analyst / Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the business units obtain the required and appropriate type of information, tools and solutions in support of the unit’s strategic business goals and objectives.   • Partners with assigned business areas to understand and prioritize information needs, develop systems of controls and risk mitigation, develop procedures/processes and translate business requirements into systems solutions. This position will work with all areas of the business.
  • Partners with the business to document business requirements, prepare business case, and design appropriate financial systems which will provide solid foundation for reliable application programs and processes.
  • Manages application deployments through cross-team efforts; drives improvements into the financial processes adhering to the System Development Life Cycle methodology.
  • Drives trade-off decisions between cross-functional business units to arrive at a consensus that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Prepares, maintains, and communicates project status and project financial reporting to executive and senior management on a continuing basis.
  • Manages vendor accountability for product functionality. Documents application issues, design improvements, and new system requirements for submission to vendors for product enhancement.   • Engages the business units to collect and translate end user data and report requirements in order to design financial metrics, dashboards, and multi-dimensional reports.
  • Conduct analysis of subsequent enhancements to systems. Manages banking systems applications including developing and managing upgrades and patches.
  • Responsible for understanding the abilities, features and capabilities of the appropriate banking applications that impact the assigned business unit operations. Responsible for recommending and implementing cost avoidance and revenue enhancement and efficiency improvements to financial systems.


Education and/or Experience:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the architecture, engineering, design, configuration, operation, and administration of data center, remote site and client-side systems hardware, operating systems, and data network communications links. Provides a leadership role in the delivery and management of infrastructure services for the Enterprise. Maintain, patch and administer Windows Enterprise Server technologies (Microsoft Server 2000/2003), VMWare and Citrix environments, and SAN enterprise data storage systems. Provides intermediate to advanced hardware and software troubleshooting for computing infrastructure. Prepares system-level backups and perform recovery procedures. Designs, configures, maintains and manages security features for all server, SAN and desktop systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software and network problems and provides resolution according to established policies and procedures in response to business needs and questions. Attends technical seminars and symposiums in order to keep abreast of current trends and industry best practices regarding server, desktop, and storage services and solutions. Ensures that computer health and security is established and maintained to meet and/or exceed industry and regulatory compliance.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Must be able to accommodate to reading documents or instruments, detailed work, problem solving, reasoning, math, language, presentations, verbal communication, written communication, analytical reasoning, stress, training others, multiple concurrent tasks and constant interruptions.

Position Title: Call Center Representative, Part-Time

Summary:

Part-time of 20 hours a week. Mondays (10:00am-2:00pm), Fridays (9:00am-6:00pm), and Saturdays (9:00am-5:00pm). The Call Center Representative’s primary responsibility is to answer calls within established guidelines. The Call Center Representative is responsible for interaction among customers and bank personnel, and employing consultative sales and service skills to offer a wide variety of banking products and service solutions based on individual customer needs. The Call Center Representative processes customer transactions, researches and resolves customer inquiries by completing maintenance on Bank systems per policy and procedure. The Call Center Representative handles any upset or angry customers in a professional and courteous manner, resolves customer issues as needed, and ensures complex customer issues are escalated for resolution.

  • Six to twelve months related experience and/or training. Work related experience should consist of customer service positions.
  • Must be 18 years old with a High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Ensure compliance and procedure quality control of Home Federal Bank lending policies and pricing disciplines through the implementation, maintenance, and measurement of policies, procedures, and other related infrastructure documentation. Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a background in finance, business, and/or accounting. Minimum 5 or more years experience in small business as a sales production manager. Incumbent must have a proven training and coaching experience of a sales staff. Thorough level of knowledge in the administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedures specific to the principles and practices associated with small business banking and related financial analysis; thorough knowledge of the practices and regulations that govern the banking industry and the implications of federal, state, and local regulations affecting commercial lending activities required. Understands and articulates business banking strategies and philosophies. Must be proficient in the use of host and PC based software applications. Must be able to gather, arrange, compile, interpret, analyze, summarize, and evaluate information and data to identify sales opportunities and formulate conclusions and recommended actions.

Summary:

Examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval of customer applications for residential real estate and construction loans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interviews applicant and requests specified information for loan application.
  • Initiates real estate loan applications involving qualifying the customer, assisting them in completing applications, relaying decision regarding the acceptance or denial of loan.
  • Ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Refers loans to loan committee for approval.
  • Inputs and receives data from on-line system.
  • Keeps up-to-date on current market trends, key competitors, etc.; recognizes/identifies areas of opportunity presented by changes and shifts in the marketplace.
  • Corresponds with or interviews applicant or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.
  • Confers with Underwriter to aid in resolving mortgage application problems.
  • Creates and maintains a proactive sales plan to develop new business with current customers or prospects which includes identifying, initiating contact by telephone or personal contact, and performing follow-up.
  • Effectively represents association within the real estate community.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all laws and regulations related to the job which ensures that all duties and tasks performed are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred and one to two years related experience in Real Estate lending loan origination.
  • Established realtor relationships
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Computer experience required
  • Basic knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, IHA mortgage lending programs
  • Working knowledge of HP12C or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Competency in the English language
  • Ability to build rapport with both external and internal customers
