The Branch Manager will provide leadership to a group of Retail Banking employees in the Boise area. The successful incumbent will:

The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent two-year college or technical school; or two to five years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of branch operations with a supervisory background. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the financial industry. Two to five years of marketing and business development experience with ability to cross-sell and explain all operation products and services with confidence and authority.
Knowledge of bank operational policies and procedures, products and services including processing adept credit skills; related state and federal banking compliance regulations, human resource, labor laws and policies.
