If you would like to take advantage of the ID Restoration service (but you aren't automatically enrolled through Secure Checking), you may purchase identity theft restoration services for a small monthly fee through Deluxe Provent®.

Is ID Restoration free?

  • ID Restoration is free for Secure Checking primary account holders. Other options are available online through Deluxe Provent® for a small fee for additional account holders, as well as clients not automatically enrolled through Secure Checking.

I just signed up for Secure Checking today. Can I activate my ID Restoration service today?

  • It takes 2 business days for your ID Restoration service to become available. If you are listed as the primary account holder on your Secure Checking account, you can activate your ID Restoration service anytime after those initial 2 business days following account opening.  To activate your ID Restoration service, click here or call (866) 460-0095.

I have Secure Checking and I am the primary account holder. How do I activate my ID Restoration service?

I have Secure Checking and I am listed as the primary account holder. Am I still covered even if I don't activate the ID Restoration service?

  • Yes. Your ID Restoration coverage begins automatically the first business day after you open your account if you are the primary account holder for Secure Checking. However, until you activate your service, you won't be able to take advantage of the additional benefits from ID Restoration such as secure storage of your wallet contents or a one-time scan of your name and address.

I have Secure Checking but I am not listed as the primary account holder. Can I get ID Restoration?
