Nampa, ID—Home Federal Bank President and CEO Len Williams has announced the appointment of Sean P. Watt as Market President for the Central Oregon Region of Home Federal Bank. Watt has more than 20 years of banking experience and most recently served as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator for Home Federal Bank's Idaho region.
"Sean brings outstanding leadership skills, experience and the Home Federal culture to our expanded team in Central Oregon," said Williams. "As we continue to grow in this market, his ability to build customer-oriented, high performance teams will be invaluable to our success."
As Market President, Watt will provide leadership and strategic direction for commercial banking, twelve retail branches, small business banking, the mortgage lending sales team, and investment services.
Watt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Idaho and is an honors graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He has volunteered countless hours with the Boys and Girls Club of Nampa serving on the Board of Directors and in a variety of leadership positions. Watt also provided direction and support to Junior Achievement of Idaho, once again as a Board member and serving as Chairman of the Board. He and his family will be relocating to Central Oregon in the near future.
