Eugene, OR—Home Federal Bank President and CEO Len Williams is pleased to announce the promotion of Cindy A. Crowther, special assets officer, to vice president. Working in Eugene, Crowther will be instrumental in helping manage the Bank's portfolio of classified assets in Oregon.
"Cindy's promotion to vice president is in recognition of the outstanding job she has done for the Bank," said Williams. "In the three years she has been with us, Cindy has excelled in every regard and we are very fortunate to have her as a member of the Home Fed team."
Crowther's banking career spans 19 years, including three years at Home Federal Bank as special assets officer and commercial loan officer in Central Oregon. Prior to that, she held positions as a commercial loan officer and branch manager at Bank of the Cascades. Crowther is a graduate of the Western School of Commercial Lending and has served as co-events chair coordinator for Special Districts Association of Oregon. An active Kiwanis member since 1989, she is also a recipient of the Kiwanis International Lt. Governor award.
