Nampa, ID—Terry Fesler, senior vice president and retail banking manager for Home Federal Bank, is pleased to announce Jennifer DeJean has been promoted to assistant vice president and commercial branch manager at the Bank's Silverstone branch in Meridian. In this role, DeJean is responsible for supervising branch operations, providing exceptional client service and developing and managing commercial relationships.

DeJean has more than 8 years of finance and business experience focused in small business lending, branch management and business development. DeJean received a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and a MBA from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. Professional affiliations include American Legion Auxiliary Unit in Meridian and Girl State in Nampa.
