Home Federal Bank Announces Leadership Promotions in Central Oregon

Bend, OR—Sean Watt, region president at Home Federal Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of market managers for its central Oregon region.

AJ LosoyaA.J. LOSOYA has been promoted to vice president and market manager in central Oregon. Operating from the Redmond branch, Losoya will provide leadership direction for branches in Redmond and Madras as well as select branch locations in Bend.

"We are very pleased to expand A.J.'s leadership role within our central Oregon management team," said Watt. "His commercial banking background and leadership experience will be a great asset to our clients and staff as we continue to serve our central Oregon clients and communities."

Losoya has ten years of Oregon banking experience as both a commercial lending officer and branch manager. Losoya holds a bachelor's degree in business from Western Oregon University, is a graduate of the Columbia River Bank Management Training Program, and the Western School of Commercial Lending in Reno, Nevada. An active member of the community, Losoya serves on the boards of Latino Partnership Program and the Redmond School District.

Sharon CalhounSHARON CALHOUN has also been promoted to vice president and market manager in central Oregon. Operating from the Bend Downtown branch, Calhoun will provide leadership direction for the Prineville branch as well as several branch locations throughout Bend.

"Sharon's knowledge of the industry along with her many years of leadership and management experience are exactly the combination we need for this position," said Watt. "Her ability to build client-oriented, high-performance teams will be invaluable to our long term success."

Calhoun's banking career spans more than 19 years, and she is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University and Pacific Coast Banking School. Calhoun has volunteered with Rotary for more than 14 years and is active in the local community, including being a regular blood donor with the American Red Cross, a member of the City Club of Bend and Treasurer and Executive Board member for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
