Home Federal Bank Announces Leadership Promotions in Idaho Market

Nampa, ID—Home Federal Bank president and chief executive officer Len Williams is pleased to announce the appointment of market managers for its Idaho region.

Terry FeslerTERRY FESLER has been promoted to senior vice president and market manager in the Treasure Valley. Operating from the Eagle branch, Fesler will provide leadership direction for branches in Eagle, Emmett, Caldwell, Karcher and Nampa.

"I am thrilled to have someone of Terry's caliber in this new role as market manager," stated Williams. "As we continue to grow our Idaho region, his ability to build client-oriented, high-performance teams will be invaluable to our long term success."

Fesler has more than 15 years of banking experience including branch management, commercial lending and business development. He attended College of Idaho, is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, and received his bachelor of science degree in management from Boise State University. He is an ambassador with the Eagle Chamber of Commerce, a board member of West Valley Little League, a board member of Optimist Youth Football and is a past board member of the American Red Cross.

John MendiolaJOHN MENDIOLA has been promoted to vice president and market manager in the Idaho region. Operating from the Boise Downtown branch, Mendiola will provide leadership direction for branches in Boise, Meridian and Mountain Home.

"We are very pleased to expand John's leadership role in the Treasure Valley," said Williams. "His market knowledge along with his many years of leadership and management experience are exactly the combination we need for this position."

Mendiola joined Home Federal Bank in 2000 and has held a variety of positions including branch manager and retail banking district manager. He received a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Boise State University as well as an accounting certificate from College of Southern Idaho. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking and Leadership Boise. Active in the community, Mendiola currently serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Idaho and is a participant with United Way of Treasure Valley and the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce.
