James J. Mieloszyk Named Vice President and Market Manager

Jim Mieloszyk Eugene, OR—Sean P. Watt, retail banking team leader for Home Federal Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of James "Jim" Mieloszyk as vice president and market manager for western Oregon. Operating from the Eugene Downtown branch, Mieloszyk will provide leadership direction for all Home Federal Bank branches in Eugene and Springfield.

"We are very pleased to have Jim take on this critical leadership position," stated Watt. "His commercial banking background and leadership experience will be a huge benefit to our Eugene/Springfield market as we continue to build core relationships with business and personal banking clients." 

In addition to commercial and small business lending experience, Mieloszyk has held branch management and branch administration positions during his more than 19 years in the banking industry. He received his bachelor of science degree from Southern Oregon State College and attended Northwest Intermediate Banking School as well as Pacific Coast Banking School.

Mieloszyk relocated to the Eugene/Springfield area from southern Oregon when he joined the bank in May 2011, as a commercial relationship manager.  He has a long history of community service, currently is a member of Rotary International and has served on several boards including United Way, Southern Oregon Goodwill Advisory Board, Crater Lake Boy Scouts of America, and Klamath Community College.
