Portland, OR (April 16, 2012)—Mark Johnson, western Oregon region president for Home Federal Bank, is pleased to announce that David W. Summers has joined the bank as a builder finance relationship manager. Based in Portland, Summers will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with an emphasis on short-term residential construction loans, commercial multi-family construction and permanent loans throughout Oregon and southwest Washington.
"The expansion of our builder finance team in western Oregon enhances our ability to address the borrowing needs of our commercial clients," stated Johnson. “Dave’s track record of success and experience in the construction lending arena make him the ideal person for this role, and we are very pleased to welcome him to the Bank.”
Summers has 24 years of banking and financial industry experience including his most recent position as multifamily housing section manager with Oregon Housing and Community Services. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in liberal arts and received an MBA in finance from the University of Oregon.
