Paul MacMillan Promoted to Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader

Paul MacMillanBend, OR (June 18, 2012) – Home Federal Bank President and CEO Len Williams is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul MacMillan to vice president and commercial banking team leader for the central Oregon region. Based in Bend, MacMillan is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for all commercial banking in central Oregon, which covers the Bank’s commercial lending center in Bend as well as eight branches in Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville.

“Paul’s commercial banking background and leadership experience will provide tremendous value as we continue to strengthen our commercial banking portfolio and deepen relationships with our existing clients,” Williams stated. “We are very pleased to expand Paul’s role within our central Oregon management team.”

MacMillan has over 11 years of banking experience, most recently as a commercial relationship manager with Home Federal Bank in Bend. His background includes experience in commercial real estate and commercial and industrial lending. He received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in business economics, with a sports management minor.
