Home Federal Bank Announces Branch Manager Promotions in Idaho

Nampa, ID—Retail Banking Team Leader Sean Watt is pleased to announce the promotion of two team members in Home Federal Bank’s Idaho region.

Rob CarrollRob Carroll has been named branch manager of the Karcher Branch in Nampa. In his new role, Carroll is responsible for supervising branch operations, growing core deposits and loans and providing exceptional client service. With more than 13 years of financial industry experience, Carroll has held a variety of positions including personal banker, loan officer and sales manager. Carroll is active in the community and takes part in the Leadership Nampa Program, which HomeFed proudly sponsors.

"Rob has done an outstanding job for the Bank since he joined us in 2010, so we are very pleased to see him step into this new role," said Watt. "His leadership and experience will be a great asset to our clients and team members."

 

Belinda SargentBelinda Sargent has been named branch manager of the Silverstone Branch in Meridian. She brings more than 20 years of management experience to her new position. Sargent has been with Home Federal Bank for five years and has held several different positions including personal banker and branch manager. She attended San Diego State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing. Sargent enjoys volunteering in the community and is an active member of the Boise and Eagle Chambers of Commerce as well as Business Network International (BNI) of Southern Idaho.

“Belinda brings a wealth of experience to her new position that will be of tremendous value as we continue to focus on establishing long-term relationships with our clients,” stated Watt. “Her market knowledge along with her many years of leadership and management experience are exactly the combination we need for this position.”
