Eugene, OR (December 6, 2012)--Mark Johnson, western Oregon region president for Home Federal Bank, is pleased to announce that Doug Earl has joined the bank as vice president and commercial relationship manager. Based in Eugene, Earl is responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships throughout western Oregon.

Earl has spent more than 17 years working in banking and finance, most recently as vice president and relationship manager with a regional bank. He received his bachelor of science degree from Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana and is a member of the Rotary Club.
