Rick Garrison Named Vice President and Regional Credit Officer at Home Federal Bank

Rick GarrisonEugene, OR (January 22, 2013) – Mark Johnson, western Oregon region president for Home Federal Bank, is pleased to announce that Rick Garrison has joined the bank as vice president and regional credit officer. Operating from Eugene, Garrison is responsible for leading the western Oregon commercial credit administration team as well as providing support in the administration and oversight of the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio to ensure loan quality is maintained at a high level.

"The addition of a regional credit officer in western Oregon enhances our ability to meet the needs of our commercial clients," stated Johnson. “Rick’s knowledge of the industry along with his many years of leadership and management experience are exactly the combination we need for this position, and we are very pleased to welcome him to the Bank.”

Garrison has spent more than 30 years working in banking and finance with a focus in commercial, agricultural and consumer lending. Before joining Home Federal Bank, he was a senior vice president and commercial credit review manager with a large regional bank. Garrison is a graduate of Western Agricultural Banking School and Northwest Intermediate Banking School.
