Terry Fesler Promoted to Branch Business Banking ManagerPrint Article
Nampa, ID (April 10, 2013) – Home Federal Bank President and CEO Len Williams is pleased to announce the promotion of Terry Fesler to senior vice president and branch business banking manager. This new position was created to help support a more streamlined approach to the lending process for the Bank’s small business clients, with improved underwriting guidelines and loan decisions within 24 hours in most cases.
Based in Eagle, Fesler will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic oversight to help branches grow and add value to their business banking relationships. He will also help develop new products and pricing, provide training and manage the branch business banking sales process for the entire bank.
“I am thrilled to have someone of Terry’s caliber in this new role to help mentor and support branch managers in their expanded business development efforts,” stated Williams. “His extensive industry knowledge and experience will provide tremendous value as we continue to strengthen our business banking portfolio and deepen relationships with our existing clients.”
Fesler has more than 17 years of banking experience including branch management, commercial lending and business development. He attended College of Idaho, is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, and received his bachelor of science degree in management from Boise State University. He is an ambassador with the Eagle Chamber of Commerce, a board member of West Valley Little League, a board member of Optimist Youth Football and is a past board member of the American Red Cross.
