Salt Lake City, UT (May 2, 2013) – Home Federal Bank President and CEO Len Williams is pleased to announce the bank has opened a new loan production office in Draper, Utah to serve the Salt Lake and Utah County markets. The new office will provide construction loans to residential and commercial builders.
Wayne Wagstaff has been hired as vice president and builder finance relationship manager to lead the new loan production office. His responsibilities will include developing and managing residential builder relationships and commercial multi-family construction loans throughout Utah.
"We have expanded our builder finance team into the Salt Lake area to leverage our expertise and provide value to a strong market," stated Williams. “Wayne is a great addition to the team. His extensive industry knowledge and experience will provide tremendous value to both the Utah market and the bank as he steps into this new role.”
Wagstaff has 35 years of banking and financial industry experience including commercial and residential construction lending, special asset management and internal audit. He is a Salt Lake Community College graduate, earning an associate’s degree in accounting.
