Nampa, ID (May 16, 2013) – Home Federal Bank President and CEO Len Williams is pleased to announce the promotion of Senior Vice President Sanya Allmaras to director of bank operations. Working in Nampa, Allmaras will provide leadership and strategic oversight of the bank’s operations team consisting of loan servicing, deposit operations, electronic banking, facilities, retail operations, fraud investigation, bank secrecy act compliance and the business lending center.
“Sanya is a well-respected leader within the bank, and her promotion to director of bank operations is in recognition of her many contributions to the organization,” said Williams. “Sanya is an integral team member and her knowledge of bank operations is invaluable. We are very fortunate to have her as a member of the HomeFed leadership team.”
Allmaras has spent the past 16 years working for Home Federal Bank. Her background includes experience in deposit operations, electronic banking, project management, retail banking operations, fraud investigation, security, compliance, and most recently she served as the bank’s director of risk management. She received a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from the College of Idaho and was a 2006 Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) Honoree. Active in the community, Allmaras supports the development of young people through her involvement with the Payette County 4-H Program.
