Nampa, ID (October 9, 2013) – Home Federal Bank President and CEO Len Williams is pleased to announce that Jessica Carter has been promoted to assistant vice president and security officer. Based in Nampa, Carter will maintain responsibility for fraud loss mitigation strategies and investigations as well as bank secrecy act compliance. She will also oversee the bank’s physical security procedures along with robbery prevention and response programs.
“Jessica’s background and experience make her a great fit for this new role,” said Williams. “Her expertise and knowledge of fraud prevention and security strategies, especially in the field of banking, are invaluable as our industry continues to evolve and adopt new strategies to ensure the security of our clients and the bank. Carter has worked for the bank for more than eight years, most recently as the bank’s fraud investigator. She graduated as a corrections officer from Pioneer Pacific College in Wilsonville, Oregon and is currently a member of the White Collar Crime Committee and IBA Security Committee.
