Len E. WilliamsPresidentChief Executive OfficerRead Bio
Len E. Williams joined Home Federal Bank as President in September 2006. In January 2008, Mr. Williams was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Bancorp.
Mr. Williams has 30 years of commercial banking experience serving in many regional and national leadership roles. Prior to joining the Home Federal Bank, Mr. Williams was Senior Vice President and Head of Business Banking with Fifth Third Bank. He was charged with creating and growing the business line and providing leadership over the company’s business banking personnel, processes and products.
From 1987 to 2005, he held several management positions with Key Bank, including President of Business Banking from 2003 to 2005 and President of the Colorado District from 1999 to 2003. His prior experience includes regional corporate and commercial banking leadership responsibility.
Mr. Williams is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and has served as chairman of Junior Achievement and Boys and Girls Clubs.
Mr. Williams holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Cindy L. Bateman is Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Home Federal Bank. Ms. Bateman joined Home Federal Bank in March 2007.
Ms. Bateman was previously employed by Key Bank from 2002 until 2007 serving as Senior Vice President and District Business Leader. Having started her career with First Security Bank of Idaho in 1983 in the Management Training program, she has held various positions in Credit Administration and Commercial and Business Banking. Ms. Bateman holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Idaho State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.
She formerly served as President of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival and director of Financial Women International.

Eric S. Nadeau joined the Company in June 2008 as Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Home Federal Bancorp, Inc., and Home Federal Bank.
He was most recently employed by Camco Financial Corporation in Cambridge, Ohio, as Chief Financial Officer. From January 2003 until February 2006 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Ohio Legacy Corp, and its subsidiary, Ohio Legacy Bank, N.A. His previous experience includes financial management positions with telecommunications and construction equipment companies. Mr. Nadeau was employed by Crowe Horwath from 1993 to 1998 where he provided audit, tax and consulting services to financial institutions in the Midwest.
Mr. Nadeau is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

R. Shane Correa is Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer, joining the Company in March 2010. Mr. Correa, a native Oregonian, has more than 20 years of banking experience.
Mr. Correa previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Columbia River Bank (“CRB”). He joined CRB in July 1998 and served in various leadership positions throughout Central and North Central Oregon prior to his appointment as Chief Banking Officer in 2004. Prior to CRB, Mr. Correa spent 10 years with U.S. Bank in various management positions.
Mr. Correa holds a B.S. degree in Agricultural Business Management from Oregon State University and is a graduate of Western School of Bank Management. Mr. Correa’s professional affiliations have included the Bend Rotary Club, Deschutes County United Way Board and Greater Eastern Oregon Development Corporation.
Mark C. JohnsonPresidentWestern Oregon RegionRead Bio
Mark C. Johnson is Commercial Banking Leader and President of the Bank’s Western Oregon Region. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for the entire Western Oregon region and leads Bank-wide commercial banking and treasury management activities.
A veteran banker with more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Johnson served as Senior Vice President and Regional Commercial Banking Director at Sterling Savings Bank before joining HomeFed in 2010. He also worked at Wells Fargo Bank and US Bank in various production and leadership positions.
Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from Western State Colorado University and is active in the local community with the Eugene Chamber of Commerce Finance Committee, United Way of Lane County Campaign Cabinet and Financial Services Committee and Downtown Athletic Club Advisory Board.
Sean P. WattPresidentCentral Oregon RegionRead Bio
Sean P. Watt is Retail Banking Team Leader and President of the Bank’s Central Oregon Region. In this role, he provides leadership and oversight for the entire Central Oregon region and supervises all retail branch teams in Oregon and Idaho.
With more than 20 years of banking experience, Mr. Watt previously served as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator for Home Federal Bank’s Idaho region. During his tenure with the Bank, he has witnessed it nearly quadruple in size.
Mr. Watt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Idaho and is an honors graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He has volunteered countless hours with the Boys and Girls Clubs in Idaho and Oregon, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Oregon. Mr. Watt also provided direction and support to Junior Achievement of Idaho as a Board member and as Chairman of the Board. In addition, he serves as a board member for Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO) and the United Way of Deschutes County.

David M. Eldred joined the Company in August 2010 as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing & Product Development. Previously, he served in a similar capacity for LibertyBank in Eugene, Oregon, with prior senior marketing leadership positions at such other Northwest-based financial institutions as Peoples Bank in Lynden, Washington, and Horizon Bank in Bellingham, Washington since 1990. His background includes strategic marketing planning, advertising, public and investor relations, market research and product development.
An honors graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management, Mr. Eldred is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) and received his Bachelor of Arts in English Writing at Western Washington University.
Debra HodgeSenior Vice PresidentHuman Resources DirectorRead Bio
Debra Hodge is Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Ms. Hodge provides leadership for all human resources functions, including Total Rewards, Staffing and Recruiting, Employee Relations, HRIS, and Learning & Development. She also serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and works closely with the Compensation Committee of the bank’s Board of Directors.
Ms. Hodge has over 15 years of experience in business management and human resources. Ms. Hodge joined Home Federal Bank in 1999 and has served in human resources roles ranging from Human Resources Generalist to Vice President and Human Resources Manager.
An honors graduate of the American Bankers Association’s National School of Banking, Ms. Hodge is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Washington State University.
She is a member of several professional groups including Human Resources of the Treasure Valley, the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Southwest Idaho Compensation and Benefits Association. She also serves on the Advisory Council of the Idaho Bankers Association.

Sanya Allmaras is Senior Vice President and Director of Bank Operations for Home Federal Bank. In this role, she provides leadership and strategic oversight of the Bank’s Operations Team consisting of Loan Servicing, Deposit Operations, Electronic Banking, Facilities, Retail Banking Operations, Fraud Investigations, Bank Secrecy Act compliance and the Business Lending Center.
Ms. Allmaras joined the Bank in 1997. Her background includes experience in deposit operations, electronic banking, project management, retail banking operations, fraud investigation, security and compliance, and she previously served as Director of Risk Management.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the College of Idaho and was a 2006 Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) Honoree. Active in the community, Ms. Allmaras supports the development of young people through her involvement with the Payette County 4-H Program.
