A scam is currently circulating involving a phone caller that claims your ATM card has been blocked and asking you to press 1 to restore service. These calls are a scam and neither HomeFed or Bank of the Cascades would contact you in this manner. If you've given out your card information, please contact us at 1-800-888-7283.

Use the following documents, forms and resources to learn more about HSAs and MSAs. We've also included forms and links to help you manage your accounts.

  • 2014 HSA informational brochure. Review all the benefits of an HSA plus check out a listing of qualified medical expenses.
  • HSA Application Form. Complete this form to open a new HSA.
  • Automatic Transfer/Overdraft Protection Form. This form allows you to establish automatic transfer of funds into your HSA account; it also allows you to specify transfer amount and frequency.
  • HSA Request for Transfer Form. Use this form to transfer a MSA/HSA with a different health savings provider to HomeFed. Fill out and provide this form when you submit your HSA application. HomeFed will work with your existing health savings provider to transfer funds to your new HomeFed account.
